Terms of service

These Terms of Service apply to your use of vitalaum.com and to orders placed through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on the website. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

Products and information

We sell dietary supplements, food, personal-care products and other products shown in the store. Product information, ingredients, warnings, images, prices and availability may change. We correct errors when identified and may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled as displayed.

Supplements and health information

Products sold through the store are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Follow the label and do not exceed the recommended serving. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition or unsure whether a product is suitable for you. Check ingredients for allergies. Stop using a product and seek appropriate medical help if you experience an adverse reaction.

Orders and payment

An order is a request to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, payment is not authorised, fraud-prevention checks fail, or delivery to the address is not available. Payment is processed through the payment method selected at checkout. We do not store full payment-card details.

Prices and taxes

Prices, applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Tax treatment can vary by destination and applicable law. The checkout total is the amount payable for the order unless a later correction is required by law or an obvious error is identified.

Delivery

We ship only to selected European destinations shown at checkout. Delivery estimates, available services and charges are described in our Shipping Policy and confirmed at checkout. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs or events outside our reasonable control.

Returns, cancellations and faulty goods

Our Return and Refund Policy explains our voluntary return process and how to contact us. Mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and faulty-goods rights always apply where required by the law governing your order.

Discounts and vouchers

Promotional codes are subject to the conditions displayed with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, only one code may be used per order and codes cannot be exchanged for cash. We may correct or withdraw a promotion where an obvious error or misuse has occurred, subject to applicable law.

Accounts and website use

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping. Keep account credentials confidential and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access. Do not interfere with the website, upload malicious code, infringe rights, or use store content commercially without permission.

Intellectual property

The Vitalaum name, store design, text, images, graphics and other content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as allowed by law.

Reviews and user content

If you submit a review or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and use it for store and marketing purposes. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, irrelevant or infringes another person’s rights.

Liability

We are responsible for losses and remedies to the extent required by applicable law. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control or for losses caused by misuse of a product, failure to follow its instructions, or inaccurate information supplied by a customer. These provisions do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes

We may update these Terms when our services, legal obligations or security requirements change. The version published when you place an order applies to that order, unless a change is required by law.

Applicable law

Your statutory consumer protections remain unaffected. Any applicable governing-law or jurisdiction rules are determined by the mandatory law applicable to your order.
