Shipping and delivery

We currently ship to selected countries in Europe only: European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. We do not currently ship outside these destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, we cannot process the order there.

Processing

Orders are normally processed within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. When your order is dispatched, we will send tracking information where the carrier provides it.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is generally 2–5 business days for standard European destinations and 3–5 business days for free-delivery services. Some destinations and remote areas may take longer. The delivery options and estimated times available for your address are shown at checkout.

Shipping costs

Shipping prices, free-shipping eligibility and any destination-specific rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, order and selected service. The final shipping cost is shown before payment.

Duties and import charges

Orders delivered within the European Union are generally delivered without additional import customs charges between EU member states. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein or other destinations where applicable, customs duties, import VAT or handling fees may apply. Unless applicable law or the checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery issues

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears to be missing, contact us at info@vitalaum.com with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate with the carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing or events outside our control.
