This is a bottle of chewable probiotic tablets which contains 60 pieces for two months supply. My stomach is a bit sensitive and can have diarrhea easily so I take probiotic occasionally but I don’t like swallow pills or drinking with boring water. I am interested in chewable ones and surprisingly found it is a good idea. The tablets are small size and easy to chew. They smell like fruity and more cherry in the first place but taste like candy floss actually. Not very sweet and not too sticky. It is very good taste so I don’t mind to have more in a day! It does provide probiotic balance for your digestion. At least I haven’t got diarrhea since I started having this. Good quality and good value.
With so much choice on the market, finding the right probiotic supplement can be challenging. I have read many mixed reviews of probiotics tablets, where the flavour was the main issue. Well, we using probiotics in our household since I can remember, we taking the probiotic supplements because they improving our health (when taken correctly) - not because they taste great!When buying your supplement, you should seek one that has strains of both Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, these tablets from CaliVita ticks all the boxes as it contains two strains of lactobacillus (lactobacillus rhamnosus and lactobacillus acidophilus) and bifidobacterium longum.Bifidobacterium supports digestion and alleviates symptoms of inflammatory bowel diseases and helps to heal certain intestinal infections. Lactobacillus improves lactose digestion and promotes healthy weight management. Both of these strains of bacterias effectively preventing from catching flu and common cold.The tablets claim, they contain 4 billion cfu, which is good. I'm aware, that there are other supplements (I tried many) that have up to 10 billion cfg. Well, the higher cfu counts in supplements do not translate to greater health benefits and with 4 billion cfu being taken regularly you can achieve fantastic results (i.e great boost to the immune system). For a guaranteed results, don't mix it with the hot cup of tea or wine, or antibiotics and take them regularly - and best take them in the morning on an empty stomach, just before the breakfast.Overall, I would recommend this supplement. To everyone who would moan about the flavour, keep in mind, most of the probiotic tablets having similar taste to these ones. Don't but supplements by the Tate, but by the benefits they bring.
These Probiotic tablets are easy tot take as you don't need water. The flavour is a bit strange but not nasty, there is an aftertaste of liquorice to them. The tablets are crumbly, not a gel.I take Probiotic as I suffer from IBS and I find that they really work at keeping my gut happy. For me these tablets are certainly worth the investment.
